Schedule a 60 minute initial consultation or a 30 min follow up session with me to discuss any or all of the following topics….

• Holistic healing modalities: Let’s discuss holistic healing and how it can help you! My experience and expertise includes herbs, functional mushrooms, homeopathics, essences, birth work and the use of entheogens in protocols. We will go over health history, symptoms and goals and create a customized healing protocol that works for you!

• Psychedelic prep and integration: Let’s discuss altered states! What to expect and how to integrate after.

• Micro dosing: Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned practitioner, let me help you integrate psychedelics on the micro level into your healing practice.

A 60 minute initial consultation must be scheduled first prior to a follow up. Intake forms, health history and signatures are included in the 60 minute initial consultation and must be completed prior to working together.

All appointments are over zoom unless otherwise specified. In person appointments available by request May-September on the farm in Pecatonica.
